LOYALTY POINTS: You'll earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on your services and retail purchases throughout the salon and boutique. Once you earn 1,000 points you'll be able to redeem your points for $10 off a service or haircare retail.

BIRTHDAY REWARDS: Come in anytime during your birthday month and enjoy $5 off your Shampoo, Cut, and Blowdry or enjoy $10 off any Chemical Service as our birthday treat to you!

To join, all you have to do is provide your name, phone number, email, and birthdate. Contact our front desk for more details!

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card. Returns must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.

Late Arrival/Cancellation Policy

We value time. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice on cancellations to avoid being charged for the service time you reserved. We will always attempt to accommodate your needs, and we must maintain respectful consideration of all guests. If you are late for an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Gratuities/Tips

Gratuities/Tips are not included in the pricing of services and should be made separately to your service providers. You are not able to add a gratuity/tip to a credit card transaction. However, you should make your gratuity/tip payment in cash, check (payable to your service provider), or through Tippy. Tippy is a credit/debit card system designed for tipping in a separate transaction at check out that goes directly to your service provider’s personal account. Many, but not all, of our stylists and techs participate in Tippy.

Children

If it is necessary for you to bring your minor child with you while getting a salon service, please keep your child with you and under your direct supervision at all times due to liability concerns, space limitations, and respect for other patrons.

Furry Friends

Other than certified service animals, please refrain from bringing pets or any other animals into the salon. Although we love them, this is necessary due to respect and health considerations for all clients. Service animals must remain with and under the direct supervision of the guest/owner at all times.

Guest Satisfaction

We place a high value on the complete satisfaction of each of our guests. If your expectations are not met, please contact the salon with your concerns within 7 days of your appointment so we can work with you to accommodate your wishes and needs.

Wedding Day/Special Events

We want to help make your special day as memorable and stress-free as possible. We offer a 30 minute complimentary verbal consultation. Trial sessions are strongly encouraged. Wedding day appointments are recommended to be scheduled a minimum of 60 days in advance. Brides should bring the headpiece in for the trial session as well as the day of the event.

Walk-Ins

Yes, we accept walk-in clients if we are able to accommodate them while maintaining our high professional standards and respect for time.
