Bridal Services at Hair Mosaics

General Information
- We offer a ½ hour complimentary verbal consultation
- Wedding Day appointments are recommended to be scheduled a minimum of 60 days in advance.
- Brides should bring a headpiece in for the trial session as well as for your wedding day.
- For best results, up-do guests should come with freshly clean, dry hair, not flat ironed
- Guests should wear a shirt that buttons, zips, or wraps … nothing that would need to be pulled over the head.
- A 50% deposit for the Bridal party is required when the appointment is booked to reserve the date. This fee is refundable if appointments are cancelled at least 14 days prior to the appointment. The remaining balance is due by the day of service.
- We are available to travel on-site if a minimum of 4 services are needed. In addition, there is a $75 an hour fee (per stylist) to stay past the completion and final touch up of initial service.
- Should there be a need to adjust the amount of services or cancel any appointments, all changes need to be made 14 days prior to the wedding date.
- After the event, any unpaid balances will be charged to the signee.

- Trial Up-Do’s (1 hour time limit) | $90+

- Flower Girl (7 yr or under) | $55+

- Travel Fee - first 15 miles is $25 per stylist - every additional 5 miles is and additional $10 per stylist
To ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding day, allowing you to focus on what truly matters, a 20% gratuity will be applied to all services.
Covered areas include Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George and Stafford. There will be additional charges outside of this radius. If more than 2 stylists are needed, there will be an additional fee of $75 per stylist.
Wedding Booking Policy
A mandatory in-salon bridal trial is required at least six weeks prior to the wedding date. This is a paid trial, and we recommend scheduling it to coincide with a bridal shoot or dress fitting to help you visualize your complete look. A 50% deposit is required to reserve all updo appointments. Each updo will be booked as an individual appointment. Please ensure each guest books under the name of the person responsible for payment. Updo pricing can be found on our Price List (insert link or direct users to where it can be found). A complimentary 30-minute verbal consultation is available to go over booking details and wedding day logistics. You’re welcome to book this consultation, or simply call or email the salon to arrange your bridal trial and wedding day appointments. Updo (Special Occasion Hair)
This service includes any special occasion styling—whether your hair is half-up, all-up, or intricately styled for events such as weddings, proms, or formal gatherings. Please arrive with clean, dry hair, as we do not include a wash or blow-dry with this service. Additional time or charges may apply if hair is wet or requires extra preparation. For bridal styling, a trial appointment is strongly recommended and required for in-salon wedding day bookings.
Bridal Trial Appointment
This appointment is designed to create and refine your bridal hairstyle in preparation for your big day. We’ll work with you to customize a look that complements your dress, personal style, and overall wedding vision. This is a required, paid trial for any in-salon wedding day bookings and must be scheduled at least six weeks prior to your wedding date. Please come with clean, dry hair and feel free to bring inspiration photos, your veil, hair accessories, or anything else you’d like to incorporate. We recommend timing your trial to align with a bridal shower, dress fitting, or engagement photoshoot so you can see the full look come together.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 days or more before the event, the deposit (minus the hair trial charge) will be refunded.
- 7–13 days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited but there will be no additional charges.
- 6 or less days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited and the full amount of services will be charged to the signee below.
- DAY OF: No Show/Missed/Last Minute Canceled appointments will be charged the full amount.
